Cooking for Dorm Life

You cook and you want to learn Indian family style preparations. You have come to the right place. The session will be interactive, you will show me what you know about Indian Cooking and I will lead you to cook the dish in a traditional style. The sessions are designed to establish a baseline for Indian cooking so that you can experiment and enhance your experience.

Skills Covered

I will teach you only specific dishes and short cuts to prepare a healthy and tasty meal. Cooking will be based more in Microwave, Slow Cooker and Griddle than open flame gas stove.

Cooking for Family

You are the food provider for the family. You manage daily meals and all the "nakhre" (tantrums) of all the family members. But two issues keeps repeating "What to cook for next meal?" and "How to change taste of the preparation?".

In spite of all the hard work you put in every day, the spirit of learning something new still burns bright in you.

Skills Covered

I will take you through a new journey of cooking, exotic dishes (for your next party) to loving preparations (like daily lunch box for kids). This journey transverses a new cross over between Indian Traditional and American fast food, preparations that will be much loved by kids and savored by adults.

Cooking for Self

Cooking for self, is the hardest part of cooking. But you don't have to sacrifice taste for expediency. I will show you how to put together a quick tasty and healthy meal. Use Microwave, Slow Cooker, Griddles and gas stoves where necessary, but same authentic taste with much less work. The secret is in the preparation and final touch to the dish that enhances the flavor.
